Job Description
We are looking for a sales professional who understands the IT services space not someone learning it from scratch. The candidate should be able to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals for IT solutions such as software development, cloud services, and digital transformation offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain
Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation client engagement proposal negotiation closure
Understand client requirements and map them to company IT solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-level stakeholders
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution pitching
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging IT technologies
Mandatory Requirements
4 years of proven sales experience in IT services / software solutions (non-IT sales profiles will not be considered)
Strong understanding of IT offerings such as
Software development (web/mobile)
Cloud services
SaaS products
Digital transformation solutions
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Language Proficiency (Must Have)
Strong command of English (spoken and written) non-negotiable
Ability to communicate clearly with international clients
Additional language skills (e.g., Hindi, Malayalam, or any foreign language) are a plus
Required Sales Tools Experience
Candidate must be comfortable using modern sales tools such as
CRM platforms Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM
Sales engagement tools LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach
Proposal documentation tools MS Office, Google Workspace
Lead generation platforms LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.
What We re Not Looking For
Candidates without IT industry sales experience
Pure inside sales / telecalling profiles with no deal closure exposure
Freshers or less than 4 years experience
