We are looking for a Sales Leader who can architect our sales process, build structured outbound systems, optimize inbound conversions, and drive revenue growth.
You will
Design and implement a structured B2B sales process
Own outbound revenue generation
Strategically manage and convert qualified inbound inquiries
Build CRM workflows, reporting dashboards, and KPI systems
Lay the foundation for a scalable internal sales team
You will work closely with founders and leadership to shape the commercial growth strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Architecture
Design and implement a structured end-to-end B2B sales framework
Define qualification criteria and opportunity scoring models
Establish pipeline stages, CRM workflows, and automation systems
Build sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and documentation
Outbound Revenue Ownership
Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies targeting enterprise and consulting clients
Build structured lead generation channels
Improve positioning and messaging for premium creative and consulting services
Drive high-value deals from prospecting to closure
Inbound Conversion Optimization
Implement structured lead qualification processes
Improve inbound conversion rates
Reduce sales cycle time
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Reporting Performance Management
Define KPIs and revenue tracking dashboards
Create forecasting and reporting systems
Establish performance benchmarks
Drive data-based decision-making
