Work Duration 6 months Work mode Work From Office 1. Creative Concept Visual Design - Develop original visual concepts and graphics for a variety of animation-related needs including character art, environments, marketing campaigns, pitch decks, and digital assets. Ensure every design aligns with the studio s creative vision and storytelling goals. 2. Expert Software Skills - Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator - compulsory) and knowledge in other tools like Figma, Canva and Premiere Pro is a bonus. Understanding of motion graphics and UI/UX is a plus. 3. Team Collaboration - Collaborate with directors, animators, and other creative departments to translate ideas into compelling visual outputs. Provide creative input during brainstorming and storyboarding stages. 4. Branding Asset Development - Create and maintain visual branding across multiple platforms. Develop style guides, templates, and reusable graphic libraries to ensure consistency in visual storytelling. 5. Project Time Management - Handle multiple tasks and design requests simultaneously, often under tight deadlines. Maintain quality control and attention to detail across all outputs. 6. Communication Presentation - Present and explain design concepts clearly to internal teams or clients. Take constructive feedback positively and refine designs accordingly. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
