Job Description
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our commercial team and work closely with the Directors to grow our customer base the wider LTS product suite. This is a hands-on role combining pipeline management, customer engagement, and sales support. You will be the engine room of our commercial operations owning outreach, coordinating meetings, maintaining CRM discipline, and supporting the Directors through the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on customer interaction, has strong organisational skills, and wants to grow their commercial career in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying potential markets and
busines

opportunities for our software services.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support lead generation efforts.
Help identify and qualify new leads and prospects by leveraging various tools and resources.
Support the
development
and maintenance of a qualified prospects database.
Assist in preparing marketing and sales materials such as presentations, proposals, and case studies.
Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to support the onboarding process of new clients.
Help schedule and coordinate meetings and follow-up with potential clients via email and phone.
Update client information and sales progress in the CRM system.
Support the implementation of sales strategies aimed at increasing the company s customer base.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and assist in the
development
of new marketing initiatives.
Stay informed about the latest product updates and market trends to effectively communicate our offerings to clients.
