Job Description
We are seeking an Accountant with over 2 years of experience to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support the organization s overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger postings, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and trial balance.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and other tax requirements.
Prepare and file tax returns as per applicable laws.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Monitor cash flow and manage financial documentation.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial data.
