We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead GTM(Go-To-Market) hiring, with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end hiring delivery and recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
12 years of experience driving hiring for Sales and GTM leadership roles
Must have - Exposure to Big 4 consulting environments
Bring strong hands-on expertise in GTM hiring, managing end-to-end recruitment while continuously improving hiring frameworks, processes and talent quality
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Business leaders to deliver hiring needs and success metrics
Own and drive GTM hiring strategy and outcomes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering high-impact, measurable results
