About the Role
We are looking for a senior HR leader with a strong recruitment focus who can drive hiring strategy, HR governance, and operational excellence across the organisation.
This role requires someone who can lead recruitment at scale while ensuring strong HR operations and compliance frameworks. You will work closely with leadership and department heads to build a high-performing organisation through effective talent acquisition and structured HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy Leadership (Primary Focus)
Lead and drive end-to-end recruitment strategy aligned with business growth
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure timely and quality hiring
Build strong hiring pipelines across functions and levels
Improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and conversion ratios
Track and drive recruiter productivity, SLAs, and hiring targets
Partner with leadership on manpower planning and workforce strategy
HR Operations Governance
Oversee employee lifecycle management including onboarding and exit processes
Draft, review, and implement HR policies aligned with organisational needs and labour laws
Ensure statutory compliance, HR audits, and regulatory documentation
Strengthen process governance and ensure accuracy of HR data across systems (Keka, LMS, etc.)
Coordinate with legal advisors on employment-related matters
Employee Relations
Manage employee grievances with fairness, maturity, and structured resolution
Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and clear communication
Partner with HODs to resolve people-related challenges effectively
Remote Workforce Enablement
Build scalable recruitment and HR operations systems suited for a fully remote setup
Ensure consistency in communication, process adherence, and performance across distributed teams
Key Requirements
MBA in HR from a recognised institution
15 years of overall HR experience
10 years of experience in Recruitment (mandatory and primary expertise)
5 years of experience in HR Operations
Proven ability to drive hiring at scale and lead recruitment teams
Strong experience in HR policy drafting, compliance, and employment law matters
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making ability
Excellent communication and documentation skills
High ownership, integrity, and organisational maturity
