HR RECRUITER

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to identify suitable talent, and a passion for hiring the right candidates to support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Offer letter preparation and onboarding Requirements Experience in recruitment preferred (Freshers with HR internship can apply) Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) Familiarity with job portals and sourcing methods Immediate joiners preferred Female candidates preferred Basic Pay 10,000/- Interested candidates are requested to apply with the subject line HR Recruiter We look forward to welcoming enthusiastic individuals to our team.
