Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using .NET Core and related technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Review code to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the development lifecycle.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
