Support Engineer - Software Hardware Installation

We are looking for a Software and Hardware Installation Support Engineer responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting various IT and automation systems at client locations. Qualification Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware systems. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. Troubleshoot issues related to computers, networks, peripherals, and installed software. Assist in the installation and commissioning of IT infrastructure, AV systems, and automation solutions. Diagnose hardware faults and coordinate repair or replacement when required. Maintain documentation of installations, service reports, and support activities. Provide basic user training and technical guidance to clients. Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and technical support.
