Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with 10 years of experience to oversee and drive strategic projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, domain expertise, and hands-on execution skills to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Key Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle across multiple medium to large-scale initiatives. Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop and execute detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. Identify risks and dependencies, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate when required. Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment at all levels. Conduct regular project reviews, reporting progress, challenges, and solutions to leadership. Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution. Ensure quality standards and compliance with organizational processes and policies. Mentor and guide junior team members to build project management capability within the team. Promote best practices and continuous improvement in project delivery.
