Community Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Community Engagement Coordinator to build, nurture, and grow our community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing meaningful relationships with our audience, enhancing community participation, and ensuring a positive and engaging experience across all platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and participation Act as the primary point of contact for community members across online and offline channels Organize and manage events, webinars, workshops, and meetups Monitor community platforms (social media, forums, groups) and respond to queries and feedback promptly Foster a positive and inclusive community environment Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging campaigns and initiatives Track and analyse engagement metrics and prepare regular reports Identify and build relationships with key community advocates and influencers Gather feedback from the community and share insights to improve products/services
