Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to support the growth of our enterprise software and digital transformation business in Qatar and the GCC region.
This role will focus on lead generation, client outreach, and coordinating sales activities to support the regional sales team in building a strong pipeline across industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, and Government.
Responsibilities include
Identify and generate new sales leads through market research, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and networking.
Conduct initial qualification of prospects and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information, opportunities, and client interactions.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
Support follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to maintain
engagement.
Coordinate internally with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams for smooth sales processes.
Track pipeline activity and provide regular updates on lead generation and opportunity progress.
Support participation in industry events, webinars, and client meetings when required.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and support account growth
initiatives.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Act as a point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and effective
communication.
Support contract renewals, follow-ups, and ongoing engagement with key clients.
