Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy, technically proficient Lead Technical Trainer to bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and practical, hands-on application. This isn t a role for someone who just reads off a slide deck we need a Technical Evangelist who can translate dev-speak into actionable knowledge for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Architecture Design and develop comprehensive technical training programs, including syllabi, hands-on lab exercises, and assessment modules.
Instructional Delivery Lead high-impact training sessions (Virtual Instructor-Led and In-Person) for software engineers, architects, and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge Maintenance Partner with Product and Engineering teams to stay ahead of the product roadmap, ensuring all training materials are updated for every new release.
Technical Content Creation Produce high-quality technical documentation, how-to video tutorials, and whitepapers to support asynchronous learning.
Performance Analytics Define and track KPIs for training effectiveness (e.g., certification pass rates, post-training performance metrics) and iterate based on data.
Environment Management Set up and maintain sandbox environments and cloud-based labs (AWS/Azure/GCP) used for live technical demonstrations.
