Accounts Finance Support
Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, petty cash, and expense tracking
Assist in invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
Coordinate with auditors and CA for compliance and reporting
Maintain financial records and documentation
HR Payroll Support
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
Implement HR policies and company procedures
General Administration
Manage office operations, facilities, and housekeeping
Handle procurement of office supplies and inventory management
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
Organize meetings, appointments, and office schedules
Management Support
Assist management in daily administrative tasks
Prepare reports, MIS, and documentation
Handle confidential information with discretion
