Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 2 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Node.js, backend development best practices, and working with databases. Exposure to React.js is considered an added advantage for better collaboration with frontend teams.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
Develop, optimize, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
Design and implement RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
Implement backend business logic and workflows
Database Management
Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
Design database schemas and optimize queries for performance
Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security
Integration Services
Integrate backend services with third-party APIs and services
Support authentication and authorization mechanisms
Collaborate with frontend and other backend teams for smooth integration
Testing Quality
Write and maintain unit and integration tests
Debug, troubleshoot, and fix application issues
Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality
Deployment Support
Assist with application deployment and monitoring
Support production issues and contribute to system stability
Work within Agile teams, participating in sprint planning and stand-ups
Experience Required 2 Years of professional backend development experience
