Job Description
We are seeking an Audit Assistant to support the team in executing the audit engagements of the company. This role involves assisting in auditing, accounting, data analysis, documentation, and preparing audit reports in accordance with professional standards and company policies.
Duties Responsibilities
Assist in planning and performing internal and external audit engagements
Collect, analyze, and verify financial data and documentation of the data
Assist in developing and executing risk-based audit plans covering various business functions and jurisdictions.
Strong working knowledge of corporate budgeting and international accounting and auditing policies, procedures, principles and standards.
Prepare audit working papers, schedules, and supporting documentation.
Reconciliation of accounts and finalisation of the reports.
A high degree of computer literacy experience with ERP financial systems is an advantage.
Current knowledge of insurance Reinsurance industry practices, trends and issues
Supporting the team in drafting audit findings and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global offices to obtain necessary information and ensure audit readiness.
Support special reviews, investigations, and ad-hoc assignments as required
