Key Responsibilities
Inbound Outbound Call Handling
Manage calls from UK customers, addressing inquiries and providing accurate product information.
Proactively follow up with potential and existing customers for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Sales Achievement
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products or services to meet customer needs.
Customer Experience
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
Resolve queries promptly and ensure a positive customer journey.
Record Management
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Ensure data accuracy for reporting and compliance purposes.

Share best practices and support colleagues to enhance team performance.
Compliance Quality Assurance
Adhere to FCA regulations, Consumer Duty principles, and company policies during all interactions.
