Role Overview
We re hiring a Lead Marketing Designer to work closely with the marketing and design leadership to shape how Way.com shows up visually, consistently, and at scale.
This is not a pixel-pushing role.
This role exists because the marketing design team has already
Delivered high-impact digital and physical campaigns
Established brand guidelines and rules across the organization
Built and scaled brand asset systems
Supported marketing for multiple new product launches
Designed for both B2C customers and B2B partners
Played a key role in trade shows and partner-facing initiatives
Contributed to deep customer impact and revenue through conversion
Now the work needs stronger ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead visual design across
Marketing campaigns
Brand initiatives
Social and performance ads
Web and product-led marketing
Translate business and marketing goals into clear, high-impact visual stories
Own design quality end-to-end, from concept to final delivery
Collaborate with marketing, content, growth, and product teams
Maintain and evolve brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
Mentor junior designers and raise the overall bar of the team
Manage multiple projects without compromising quality or timelines
