Job Description
The Pre-Sales Marketing Specialist will support business growth through hands-on involvement in pre-sales activities, RFP response management, and B2B sales support, while also contributing to digital marketing and lead generation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with sales, technical, and marketing teams to manage the sales funnel, prepare high-quality client-facing documentation, and engage prospective B2B clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate RFP responses, including proposals, solution documents, and presentations
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and position solutions effectively
Create, update, and maintain sales and pre-sales documentation, including pitch decks, case studies, and proposals
Support B2B sales cycles and funnel-based selling processes
Manage and update CRM systems and lead management tools with accurate data and pipeline tracking
Assist in lead qualification, nurturing, and follow-ups across the sales pipeline
Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, LinkedIn marketing, content coordination, and lead generation
Conduct basic market and competitor research to support sales and marketing strategies
Work closely with cross-functional teams while managing multiple tasks and deadlines with high attention to detail
