Qualification B.Tech / Electricals/Mecanical Experience 4 tgo 10 year Salary 30k to 70k PM Vacancy 1 Role overview MEP Project Manager s role includes overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise (HVAC, Indoor climate control, power, plumbing, ELV), and project management skills to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and compliance with codes/safety for successful project delivery from design to handover. Key aspects involve coordination with other trades, site constructability review, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless integration of complex building services. Key Responsibilities Lead complete project execution for HVAC, Cleanroom, and MEP systems from planning to final handover. Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ELV, fire safety). Ensure timely mobilization of manpower, materials, and subcontractors at site. Liaise with architects, civil/structural teams, consultants, and various subcontractors to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow. Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards (EHS), local codes, and quality benchmarks. Manage timelines, monitor costs, and control MEP work progress. Maintain close control on project budgets, billing, variations, and commercial closures. Review shop drawings, manage RFIs (Requests for Information), material submittals, and inspection requests. Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of systems. Essential Qualifications and Skills Education B.E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Full time) Experience Proven experience in MEP construction, managing projects from inception to completion. 6 years in specialized (bigger value) projects like Pharma/ Cleanroom/ Li-Ion Battery / Solar/ Semiconductor / Data centres shall be preferred Knowledge Deep understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, Clean Rooms, plumbing, power distribution, firefighting, ELV systems (like data networks, CCTV, fire alarms, access control) and BMS. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office.
