Job Description
We are looking for an HR Admin Executive who will manage daily HR and administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, payroll coordination, recruitment activities, onboarding and offboarding processes, benefits administration, policy compliance, and office operations. The role ensures smooth HR functions and a positive work environment, acting as the first point of contact for employee queries.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Onboarding Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and manage new hire orientation.
Employee Records Data Management Maintain accurate HRIS/databases, manage personnel files and contracts, and ensure data integrity.
Policy Compliance Implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labour laws, and update HR-related documentation.
Employee Relations Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to policies, attendance, and leave.
Administrative Support Manage office supplies and facilities, coordinate meetings, and prepare HR reports.
Training Development Support the organization of training programs and employee engagement activities.
