Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities Set up and operate 5 AXIS/TREVISAN/CNC/VMC/HMC/VTL machines. Read and interpret engineering drawings and job orders. Load and unload raw materials and finished parts. Perform basic preventive maintenance and report machine issues. Measure finished parts using instruments like calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc. Ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Familiarity with CNC controls. Ability to read technical drawings and handle measuring tools. Basic knowledge of tooling and offsets.
