Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain gold loan products. (NO TARGETS)
Answer inbound customer queries courteously and professionally.
Follow up with leads generated via campaigns and ensure timely conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Coordinate with field executives for follow-ups and document collection.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
Share loan eligibility, interest rate, and repayment information as required.
Key Skills
Good communication skills (Tamil basic English)
Confident, polite, and persuasive in speaking
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry)
