Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Regional Office in Pune. The individual will play a key role in managing HR-related activities, coordinating travel and accommodation logistics, maintaining the guest house, and facilitating seamless communication between regional office and units.
ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE SKILL SETS
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience in handling HR support functions and office coordination.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Coordination Support
Provide administrative assistance to the Regional Leadership Team.
Coordinate inter-departmental communications across regional and plant units.
Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups for leadership.
HR Support
Assist with local HR activities including attendance, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.
Maintain employee records and assist with HR compliance.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and internal events.
Travel Hospitality Management
Plan and manage travel arrangements for employees and visitors (flights, trains, cabs, etc.).
Handle accommodation bookings and logistics for traveling staff and guests.
Oversee the upkeep and operations of the company guest house.
Facility Office Support
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, utilities, and service providers.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the regional office.
Act as the first point of contact for guests, partners, and internal teams.

IDEAL INCUMBENT PROFILE
Age 28 32 Yrs. Gender Male/ Female
Experience 3 6 years of experience in administrative or EA roles, ideally supporting senior management.
Qualifications Graduate (Bachelor s Degree) specialization in HR/Business Administration preferred.
