Job Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets based on drawings and specifications.
Perform quantity take-offs using standard measurement practices .
Manage tendering processes including documentation, bid analysis, and contractor evaluation.
Prepare departmental Measurement Book (M-Book) bills for government projects in compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
Monitor and control project costs throughout all stages of construction.
Conduct site visits for progress validation, valuation, and reporting.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to optimize value.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
1 to 8 years of relevant experience .
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Experience with Government Projects, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
