Key Responsibilities
Employee Record Management
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data.
Recruitment Support
Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
HR Policy Implementation
Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance to employees and managers.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
Assisting with payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and answering employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Training and Development
Assisting with the planning and coordination of training programs.
Employee Relations
Responding to employee inquiries and concerns, and escalating issues to HR managers as needed.
Data Management
Maintaining and updating HR databases and systems.
