Job Description Service Delivery Understanding the client s requirement thoroughly. Conducting preliminary counseling Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines, and set priorities Coordinating with the clients. Organizing the counseling sessions on the scheduled time and place. Client Acquisition and retention Securing new business/ client by making calls to the prospective clients, pitching the business service Ensuring that the requirements of the prospects/clients are met. Ensure sales targets are consistently met Take references from existing clients to grow client base On boarding new clients Cold Calling.
