Stellar is looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual for the role of Business Lead. The Business Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve marketing objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, business development, analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Roles Responsibilities
Works within the product marketing, content, and campaign teams to support web experience that drives awareness, engagement, conversion, and purchase across the site.
Works across web marketing teamto bring in expertise as needed, including UX design, content strategy and editorial review, SEO, accessibility compliance, measurement, and lead generation
Prioritization and communication of all activities and priorities.
Ensures that content is structured and well-optimized for performance and adheres to SEO best practices
Work with cross-functional digital and field teams (social media, blogs, events)to support SEO,
Solid, broad knowledge ofall digital elements
Supports Monthly/Quarterly Insights back to the business
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field MBA preferred
6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, or online growth roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahref, Adwords, AI Tools
Experience in Software/ Product Marketing
Competencies Required .
1. Knowledge of AdWords SEO
2. Business analytical skills
3. Team Management skills
4. Should be well versed with Microsoft office for reporting and presentation.
5. Excellent Communication skills Verbal and Written
Qualification / experience/ certifications needed
1. B. Tech with MBA or any Graduate Degree in Computers with business understanding.
2. 6-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales.
