Applicant should be capable on providing support on -
Knowledge on BMC Suite Installation
Knowledge on BMC ITSM Remedy
Knowledge on SmartIT/MyIT(Digital Work-Place)
Knowledge on Service Request Management
Knowledge on Smart reporting
Knowledge on BMC CMDB
Asset Management, as per agreed SLAs
Experience in Administration, Operations, Customizations, Integrations, Performance tuning, Patch implementation, Upgrades and development of ITSM remedy
Follow the ITIL standard best processes.
Knowledge on BMC ADDM, True-Sight will be added advantage.
Should have worked in Applications Managed Services and Consulting Services environment
Experience on UNIX/Windows operating system and ITIL framework is an advantage.
Excellent in troubleshooting ITSM applications, integrations, customizations.
Well organized with a positive attitude, and ability to work and communicate with Customers, Vendors, and other internal groups as required.
Should be customer facing.
Exercises independent judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekend and ready to be on-call to support priority issues.
Work with the developers and other technical staff to translate business requirements to system design. Create requirements documentation, test plans, test cases and conduct functional testing, as needed.
Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, as needed.
Assist in the creation or modification of process, knowledge base or training documentation
Should be able to demo the ITSM applications to business users
