Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Nice CXOne solutions for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design technical solutions.
Implement IVR systems, call flow management, and call routing configurations using Nice CXOne platform.
Troubleshoot issues related to Genesys/Avaya/Nice platforms and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure seamless integration of various communication channels (voice, email, chat) into the contact center environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years of experience in IT Services Consulting industry with expertise in Call Center Technology.
Bachelor s degree in Any Specialization (BCA or B.Sc).
Strong understanding of Avaya/Genesys/Nice technologies including IVR development, call flow management, and call routing configuration.
