Teaching Deliver lectures, prepare course materials, and evaluate students performance
Research Conduct original research, publish academic articles and books, and present findings at conferences
Mentoring Guide students with their academic progress and research projects
Collaboration Work with regular faculty members to develop courses, design curriculum, and conduct research projects
Industry collaboration Focus on enhancing collaborations between industry and academia
Student support Provide guidance to students on course choices, program study, and other academic requirements
Departmental responsibilities Help with departmental responsibilities and provide academic support to professors and other staff members
Hiring Scout, hire, and guide new teaching assistants and other junior personnel
Professionalism Act with fairness and impartiality, and refrain from doing anything that is contrary to any law, rules, regulations, and established practices
