Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies to effectively position the software in the market.
3. Customer Acquisition
Identify and target potential customers in the electrical industry who can benefit from the software.
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
4. Technology Proficiency
Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management tools (eg, CRM software), as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
5. Relationship Building
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
6. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the electrical software.

14. Negotiation Skills
Proficient negotiation skills to close deals and secure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Preferred skills and qualifications
A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Sales and Marketing is often preferred.
Significant experience in sales, especially in the software or technology industry. Prior experience in electrical software sales is a plus Ex like EPLAN, ETAP, E3 Series, Autodesk Electrical, etc
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex technical information and sales strategies.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
