Job Description

Must have 1. This role is for a Business Process Designer/Analysts in the Communications practice who will provide domain skills to help clients design and implement their business strategies, to improve processes by mapping processes to industry standards, by streamlining process and business workflow modeling. 2. Strong understanding and experience of end-to-end process and workflows in Telecom BSS / OSS area sales journey / order fulfilment / provisioning / billing / assurance. 3. Should have worked on projects involving integrations between multiple components within BSS / OSS stack. 4. Should have knowledge of cloud-based systems in Sales/ CRM / Fulfilment or other areas. 5. Should be able to work on BPMN tools such as VISIO/ARIS/Signavio etc. 6. Should be able to interact with business / product owners to understand the requirements, define user stories, explain the same to technical teams. 7. Exposure to tools like JIRA for tracking, monitoring, reporting user stories / tickets. 8. Product Lifecycle Management understanding in the Telecom B2B, B2C customer segment. Desired domain skills Good understanding of traditional and new-age Voice networks and concepts like TDM, ISDN, SIP, VoIP, Unified Communication, Inbound / Outbound Voice, Call Flows that can facilitate fruitful technical discussions with Network Vendors and Network designers for building end to end solutions. Candidate should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Framework (eTOM, TNA, SID), ITIL, IEEE, etc. Should have experience in defining the process, business requirements and system requirements in one or more areas of Telecom process (Fulfilment/Assurance), preferably fulfilment. Should be able to prepare, analyze and review proposals from internal teams, be able to derive process and provide appropriate solutions to problems, and make day-to-day decisions to run the client projects. Should be able to engage with multiple stakeholders like Business, Operational team, SI partners and Solution Designer s to understand, capture, finalize and sign off requirements. Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements. Mapping analyzing As-Is process New Process Modeling and developing To-Be processes. Implementing reengineered processes to improve operational efficiency by analyzing the effectiveness of current process and develop strategies to improve workflow effectiveness. Candidate should possess Good Communication Client- interfacing skills. He should have cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently.
