Salesforce Architect

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Mulesoft, Omnichannel implementation and Telephony integration. Experience with Health Cloud is a plus but not mandatory. This role will be responsible for architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet high business requirements while ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Role responsibilities 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development, including Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Mulesoft, Omnichannel and Telephony integration. Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud portals and partner/community solutions. Strong experience integrating external systems with Salesforce using Mulesoft, including both real-time and batch integrations. Expertise in Service Cloud and building customer service processes, including case management, service contracts, and knowledge base integration. In-depth knowledge of Telephony integration to enhance telephony services within Salesforce. Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL. Architect and design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions, focusing on Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and complex Telephony integrations. Lead Salesforce integration efforts using Mulesoft to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data synchronization. Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to understand requirements and design solutions that integrate customer and partner communities using Experience Cloud. Preferred candidate profile Optional Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and implementation in a healthcare setting. Optional Experience in integrating with telephony solutions like AWS Connect and Genesys. Experience working in a DevOps environment, with continuous integration, automated testing, and release management tools. Strong understanding of Salesforce Shield and platform security best practices. Experience in data migration, ETL, and large-scale system integration projects. Knowledge of Salesforce DX and advanced deployment tools and practices.
