Conceptualization, preparation of various designoptions meeting the Uptime Institutes Tier standard and/or TIA 942 Ratedstandards
Techno commercial evaluation of various optionsand recommending / finalizing the option to be adopted for the project
Preparing design and operations efficiency ofsystems proposed and overall solution
Preparation of Design Basis Report
CFD analysis using software
Preparation of Air flow diagram, Chilled waterschematic diagram
Selection of equipment like CRAC units / AHUsetc
Preparation of HVAC equipment list includingelectrical load requirements
Preparation of Data sheets / Specifications Material Requisition for the various HVAC equipment including BMS
Review the shop drawings, GFC drawings for anyconflicts and advice other service providers for site related installationpractices and methods
Preparation of site works tender
Preparation of cost estimation for the HVAC partof the project
Procurement assistance like providing technicalclarifications, participating pre bid / post bid meeting / technical bidanalysis / preparation or order specification
Visiting sites for residual engineering /resolving site queries
Coordination with various stake holders likeClient / various internal disciplines like projects / electrical / mechanical /architect / civil / vendors for effective engineering management
Ensuring HVAC engineering execution within thebudget / on time / meeting the quality set for the project and to thesatisfaction of all the stake holders
Providing Management Information for the HVACengineering part of the project
Providing information for AttendingProject review meeting / Internal review meetings /
Management review meetings
Training of engineers in data center on HVACengineering and plant operations
