Tech Lead (.NET)

Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a software architecture role. Technical Expertise Strong expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, C , MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, or Vue.js. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and service-oriented architecture (SOA). Skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Role Role Requirements To be successful in this role, multiple disciplines will be needed. We need someone with experience in leading a team and being responsible for it. The candidate should be the go-to person who has the answers or can figure out the answers with limited help from others. They should have the ability to act as a solution architect and technical lead. Team Dynamics This individual will be working with very senior developers who have 20 years of experience and are very mature. Finding an older candidate may be helpful in this context. Additional Requirements Working closely with the dev team. Handling small and urgent tasks. Working on urgent bugs. Attending all meetings to gain a full understanding of the application. Helping understand the impact of logic changes on each product/area within the tool. Assisting with testing. Creating technical documentation and maintaining a knowledge center. Integration and Communication The candidate will be integrated into an existing team, so they need to gain trust and build strong relationships. They need strong soft skills and excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with the product owner and stakeholders.
