Job Description
Rapidly respond to all alerts, restoring or escalating service/applications issues as per established SLAs.
Facilitate technical/crisis management conference calls during production outages, providing written and verbal updates in timely and consistent manner.
Track all planned and unplanned Systems Applications outages through trouble ticketing systems and reporting tools.
Managing system backups and network security protocols.
Performing regular checks on servers, network devices etc.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting errors.
Tracking and documenting network issues, server issues etc and compiling incident reports.
Escalate the technical issues which needs an immediate response or troubleshooting to management as per their SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)
Professional Skills
Three-year Diploma or Graduate or Postgraduate
MCSE/MCSA/CCNA certification would be a plus.
Essential requirement
Willing to work in dedicated night shift.
