Job Duties Need to interact with customers, address their concerns, provide answers to their inquiries, and assist them with their requirements. Need to handle customer phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses to customers questions and concerns. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when interacting with customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Communicate with customers through various channels. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional customer support. Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with Microsoft office an added advantage. Ability to remain calm in stressful or upset customer situations. Strong documentation skills. Sound problem-solving skills to identify the underlying causes of customer issues. Ability to multitask. Proactive approach to providing support. Experience in customer support is a plus. Willingness to work night shifts. Qualification High school diploma, degree, or equivalent. Graduates from any field are welcome to apply.
