We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion CRM Application Consultant with over 7 years of experience in implementing and managing a broad range of CRM modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting CRM solutions within the Oracle Fusion environment, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving customer engagement and sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Customer Engagement
Implement and optimize Case Management for effective customer issue tracking and resolution.
Deploy and manage Knowledge Management systems to provide a centralized repository of information for users and customers.
Automate Engagements to improve customer interactions and service delivery.
Design and configure Workflow and BPM Support for streamlined CRM operations.
Integrate and utilize Real-Time Continuous Intelligence to enhance customer engagement decisions and processes.
Manage Credits Collections processes to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
Oversee the Move In Move Out process, ensuring smooth transitions for customers in various service setups.
CRM Sales Force Automation
Implement Account and Contact Management modules for efficient handling of client information and relationships.
Manage Sales Activity processes, ensuring optimal tracking of tasks, appointments, and follow-ups.
Oversee Opportunity Management for effective sales cycle management and pipeline visibility.
Lead and optimize the Lead Management process, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of leads.
Implement and customize Guided Selling tools to enhance sales productivity.
Provide support for Forecasting Management, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and performance analysis.
Deploy and support Proposal and Quote Builder tools for streamlined sales quoting processes.
CRM Marketing
Configure and manage Marketing Management modules for efficient campaign execution and tracking.
Integrate Multichannel Marketing Hub for seamless coordination across various marketing channels.
Support Channel Marketing initiatives by setting up processes to manage indirect sales channels.
Provide Marketing Analytics to enable real-time performance tracking and insights.
Implement and support Loyalty Management programs to enhance customer retention.
Oversee the implementation of Adtech solutions to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
Common CRM Capabilities
Ensure seamless integration with the Platform Ecosystem and third-party applications.
Implement Digital Engagement strategies to enhance user interactions across multiple channels.
Provide Localization support for CRM applications to meet region-specific requirements.
Foster collaboration through the use of integrated Collaboration tools within the CRM platform.
Leverage Low-Code Development tools for faster customization and enhancements of CRM workflows.
Design and configure Visualizations and Analytics for enhanced reporting and data-driven decisions.
Optimize system Usability to ensure a user-friendly and intuitive CRM experience.
Oversee Billing Payment functionalities to ensure seamless financial transactions within the CRM environment.
Required Qualifications
7 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion CRM Application Consultant or in a similar role.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion CRM modules, particularly in Customer Engagement, Sales Force Automation, Marketing, and Common CRM Capabilities.
Proven experience with end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion CRM Cloud applications.
Deep understanding of Fusion CRM processes and best practices for automating customer engagements, sales activities, and marketing efforts.
Experience in Workflow/BPM, integration with external systems, and Real-Time Analytics.
Ability to customize Fusion CRM applications to meet specific business needs and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Oracle Fusion CRM Cloud.
Experience in managing Fusion CRM integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms).
Knowledge of advanced Fusion CRM features like Low-Code Development and Visual Analytics.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead CRM implementations.
