Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy Project Coordinator to support our IT department in delivering key projects. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing the company s projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT processes, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of all initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with IT project managers and stakeholders.
- Documentation Tracking Maintain detailed project documentation, such as project plans, schedules, reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs.
- Scheduling Coordinate project schedules, task assignments, and resource allocation for software development, system upgrades, or infrastructure projects.
- Communication Serve as the liaison between developers, IT support, QA, and other departments. Ensure timely communication of project updates, milestones, and any potential roadblocks.
- Resource Management Work with the project team to ensure that all technical resources (software, hardware, personnel) are available as required for each phase of the project.
- ClientCoordination Assist in managing relationships with clients, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Budgeting Support in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
- Risk Issue Management Help mitigate potential project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Reporting Generate status reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency regarding project progress, deadlines, and any challenges.
- Quality Assurance Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and technical specifications.
- Tool Management Use project management tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project) to manage project tasks, timelines, and updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3 years of experience in a project coordinator role, preferably in IT field.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development life cycle (SDLC), or system integrations.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and IT operations is a plus.
