Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain conversational interfaces using Amazon Connect.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, etc.
Develop custom integrations using APIs or messaging queues like Kinesis Firehose to connect Amazon Connect with external systems.
Troubleshoot issues related to call routing, IVR configuration, AHT analysis, and reporting in Amazon Connect.
Ensure compliance with security best practices when designing and implementing voice applications on Amazon Connect.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript familiarity with SQL database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
2-5 years of experience in developing conversational interfaces using Call Centre technologies (preferably on Amazon Connect).
