Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain IVR applications using various tools such as Genesys WFM, CTI, XML s (VXML CCXML), Asterisk CLI commands, and SQL queries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
Troubleshoot issues related to call routing, IVR flows, and database integration.
Ensure high availability of IVR systems by monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in IVR development with a strong understanding of its components (e.g., audio files, prompts).
Bachelor s degree in Any Specialization (BCA or B.Sc.).
Proficiency in programming languages like Python or JavaScript knowledge of shell scripting is an added advantage.
