Testing Engineer

1. Must possess a minimum of 3 4 years of experience in core Testing systems involving a combination of both Hardware and Software. 2. Should have had experience in SDLC environment with clear understanding of Testing requirements in it. 3. Good knowledge of the various methodologies of Testing (Functional, Nonfunctional, Smoke, Regression, Acceptance Tests, etc.) 4. Fair knowledge of different Testing Techniques (Grey box testing involving boundary condition testing, Equivalence partition, Use-case driven and Decision table driven) 5. Should be able to test the Machine in Test case driven environment and must be able to think out of the box for ad-hoc test cases. 6. Must have hands on experience on SDLC tools like HP-ALM 7. Hands on experience on Defect Management 8. Must be smart, proactive and a quick learner 9. Experience with managing testing projects will be an added advantage.
