Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and sales development to drive revenue growth.
Manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-6 years of experience in B2C sales, business development management, or inside sales.
Strong skills in BDE activities such as lead generation, cold calling, and telesales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective relationship-building with clients.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
