Identify and qualify potential customers through research (which may involve cold calling into identified companies for information, not prospecting), and email campaigns
Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential customers.
Track and report on sales activities and results
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
5 years of experience in sales or business development
English fluency with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with CRM software and sales and marketing automation tools
Excellent computer skills, MS Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word
