Role responsibilities Processes incidents or anomalies based on internal requests proactive tickets from the monitoring tools, end users tickets diagnosis of the incident, identification, formulation and follow-up of its resolution mostly by following the procedures. Participates in corrective maintenance actions by ensuring their quality. Is responsible for the optimal functioning of windows servers for which he is responsible. Performs a permanent inventory and manages the different components of the different Servers. Develops the rules for using the servers assets, in accordance with the norms and standards of company and in compliance with service contracts. Documents, Promotes and monitors their application. Proposes improvements to optimize existing resources and their organization.
