Estimation for a new Construction and Interiors (BOQ).
Accurate BOQ taken after Construction Interiors.
Performing feasibility studies to assess materials, time, and labor costs
Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
Coordinating work efforts within the project
Providing advice on various legal and contractual matters
Valuing completed work and facilitating payment arrangements
Timely payment to subcontractors, vendors, suppliers etc.
