The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning and data science with a demonstrated history of developing and implementing effective AI solutions. In this role, you will work closely with our team to design, develop, and deploy AI models that tackle complex business problems and foster innovation.
Overview
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Generative AI, GPT, and other Gen AI models for both existing and new products.
Create and implement search engines utilizing NLP and LLM technologies.
Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines.
Address complex problems using multi-layered data sets and advanced AI techniques.
Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and guide implementation teams in data analysis, preprocessing, and modelling to generate valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Utilize and build AI/Generative AI models, leveraging opportunities identified through AI solutions.
Develop machine learning algorithms to analyse extensive historical data and make predictions.
Support implementation teams in the design, development, and deployment of AI/Generative AI solutions.
Establish and promote best practices for program delivery, project methodologies, and business impact in AI/Generative AI initiatives.
Integrate data science technology solutions such as data visualization tools, statistical software, and big data technologies into AI projects.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the AI field.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience applying AI and data science to practical, technology-driven solutions.
Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, and NLP.
Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, GPT, and Gen AI models.
Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM).
Strong experience with data science technologies, including data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), statistical software (e.g., R, SAS), and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Experience in building and managing data ingestion pipelines and integrating various data sources.
Solid understanding of algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best practices.
Familiarity with REST API development, NoSQL/Vector/Graph databases, and RDBMS design and optimization.
Experience with AWS/GCP cloud infrastructures, data engineering, and security practices.
Ability to devise strategies and models that enhance client innovation, drive growth, and boost business profitability.
Capability to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technological solutions.
Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and align with business objectives.
Proficiency in solving complex problems with multi-layered data sets and optimizing machine learning libraries and frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
