You will be responsible for tracking progress, coordinating with IT professionals, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational teams regarding technical issues.
- Log, track, and prioritize technical issues reported by operational staff.
- Collaborate closely with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely resolutions, escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide support for system upgrades, deployments, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Create and maintain documentation for frequently encountered issues, solutions, and support processes.
- Assist in training operational staff on new technologies, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
